Gym Access

Multi-location support, remote management, and access during unstaffed opening hours means you can reduce costs while optimizing your day-to-day operations. Several site policies have been developed to give your business full control on suspensions and declined or outstanding payments.

Working with local install partners in your region, the Gym Access team takes care of ordering door hardware and a remote setup of the system based on your specific Mindbody setup. Depending on your requirements, the setup can be as complex or simple as needed, and will be fully taken care of by our team. The system is compatible with and type of pricing option, supports all type of client relationships, and can enable access based on opening hour schedules or booked time slots - all membership specific if needed.

Mobile access means your members can easily open doors and turnstiles by tapping their phone on door readers. Various options such as Apple/Google wallet passes are available, and onboarding our mobile credentials is seamless and fully automated. Mobile credentials are included in the monthly pricing but traditional fobs, cards and even the Mindbody barcodes are available as credentials in the system.

Our cloud-based solution integrates with the core software in real time.  This means no delay with synchronizing any system or client updates from Mindbody whatsoever.  Depending on your hardware of choice, access rights are cached locally or validated in real-time when a credential is scanned. Various offline modes are available, again depending on your choice of door hardwaree. Door open events are reported back to Mindbody for reporting purposes. The system by default adds “arrivals”, but class and appointment attendance can additionally be automatically updated too based on check-in or door open events.
